Sales persons persuade you to purchase something that you may, or may not need. I do not like sales persons, especially the aggressive ones. As a Realtor, I am a Transaction Facilitator. This means that I do the researched based on your needs, arrange to view properties that you decide to see, handle all necessary paperwork and contracts on your behalf, and follow the transaction through to closing. I am not pushy or self-serving. It’s all about good customer service to you, the buyer or seller. It’s my contention that if I take care of my buyers and sellers, the real estate will take care of itself.
