New Construction:  As a member of the Flagler Home Builders Association, I meet regularly with the premier builders in Palm Coast.  When you contact me about building your dream home, and putting the prefect features in your home, I will match you with the best builders to bid on your home.  After you have selected the builder, I follow the home throughout construction, take pictures and send  to you (If you do not live nearby) and provide your new home with a 5 year home warranty as a house warming gift.

Green Homes: Don't think of Green Homes as recycled homes.  Green is a way of building without the toxicity that you find in the carpet, paints and cabinetry that you find in many other homes.  Green Homes also offer superior construction, with many energy saving features not found in other homes.  Even the lawn is designed to be drought tolerant, and water thrifty.  Call for more information.
